State Representative Abigail Salisbury is a tireless advocate for nonprofit organizations within Pennsylvania’s State House District 34 and across the entire Commonwealth. Grant-Writing Scholarship Program

Just this February 2024, Rep. Salisbury launched a groundbreaking grant-writing scholarship program in collaboration CCAC Homewood-Brushton with community nonprofit partners. The scholarship program offers 10 scholarships to residents living in low-income census tracts in District 34, providing them access to valuable state grant dollars.

Rep. Salisbury, co-founder and chair of the Pennsylvania Charitable Nonprofit Caucus, believes we must empower changemakers within our community who may lack formal training in grant-writing.

Pennsylvania Charitable Nonprofit Caucus

Last summer, Rep. Salisbury launched the Pennsylvania Charitable Nonprofit Caucus. This bipartisan group was formed to champion the thousands of charitable nonprofit organizations across the Commonwealth.

Recognizing the diverse and vital roles these nonprofits play—from combating food insecurity to supporting local libraries and providing disaster relief—Rep. Salisbury knows ongoing legislative support is needed.
